Is the Free tier really free?
Yes — during early access there is no card on file and no usage cap that bites a small team. We will tell you well in advance if that changes.
Do you charge per seat?
No. The Team plan is one flat price for up to 10 teammates. Past that the Scale plan is billed by workspace, not by user.
Where is data stored?
We host on Vercel and Neon Postgres in the EU region. The full subprocessor list lives at /legal/subprocessors and is updated when it changes.
Can I export my data?
Yes — every card and signal is exportable as JSON from the workspace settings. We are not in the business of holding your data hostage.
