Hello, Facturn.
Why we are building a small, opinionated PM co-pilot for founders and small teams.
We are building Facturn for the people we keep meeting at coffees and on calls — founders without a PM, small teams without a process, and PMs who want their evenings back.
What we kept hearing was the same shape: a hundred Slack messages, a dozen open Linear tickets, a couple of long support threads, and a recurring sense that something important is being missed in the noise.
So we built a tool that does the reading for you. It clusters signals by theme, drafts proposed cards with a motivation and the contributing evidence, and then gets out of your way so you can decide what actually deserves to ship.
A few things we are deliberate about:
- You are the decision-maker. AI proposals never auto-land on your board. They sit in a Proposals inbox until you promote or reject.
- Rejections are signals too. A reject reason flows back into the next AI call so you don't see the same kind of suggestion twice.
- No kanban games. The action board is a flat, filterable list. Filters beat dragging once your surface is more than a sprint long.
We are still small and Facturn is still early. If you give it a try and something feels off — or right — write to us at team@facturn.app. That feedback is the most useful signal we can possibly get.
