Terms of service

These are the terms of using Facturn. We will keep them short and in plain English. If something here matters to you and is unclear, write to team@facturn.app.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromise.

Your data

You own your data. Facturn is a service that processes it on your behalf. You can export workspace contents as JSON from settings, and we will delete data on request.

Acceptable use

Don't use Facturn to break the law, send spam, or process data you do not have the right to process. Don't connect sources you are not authorized to read from.

Service availability

Facturn is in early access. We aim for high availability but make no formal SLA at this stage. We will tell you in advance about scheduled maintenance whenever feasible.

Pricing changes

If we change pricing, current customers get at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to their workspace.

Termination

You can stop using Facturn at any time and request data deletion. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
