Privacy

This page is the plain-English summary of how Facturn handles your data. A formal policy is in preparation; in the meantime, the principles below are what we actually do.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, the workspaces you belong to, and the display name you set.
• Workspace data — signals pulled from sources you connect, action cards, threads, comments, and rejection reasons. This data is scoped to your workspace.
• Operational logs — minimal request logs needed to keep the service running and debug issues.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. We never have, and the business model is not built around that.
• We do not train shared models on the contents of your workspace.
• We do not share workspace contents across workspaces, even when the same user is in multiple.

Where it lives

Facturn runs on Vercel and stores data in a Neon Postgres database in the EU region. The current subprocessor list lives at /legal/subprocessors.
