Facturn is in early access. The roadmap below is the current shortlist — not a promise, and absolutely subject to change as we learn what actually moves the needle for small teams.

Next up

  • Intercom + Zendesk connectors — closing the loop on customer-facing signals.
  • Per-card commenting parity — comments on cards work today; we are adding mentions and email-style notifications next.
  • Card export to Linear / Jira — promote a Facturn card directly into the team's issue tracker as a backed reference.
  • Theme dashboards — a per-theme rollup that shows how many signals and cards are tied to a recurring topic over time.

  • SSO + SCIM for the Scale plan.
  • Notion as a source for teams that keep customer notes there.
  • Workspace-level retention controls.
  • A public API so teams can pipe their own custom signal sources in.
