Quick answers to questions teams ask before they sign up.
Is Facturn free during early access?
Yes. There is no card on file and no usage cap that bites a small team. We will tell you well in advance if that changes.
Where is data stored?
We host on Vercel with a Neon Postgres database in the EU region. The full subprocessor list lives at /legal/subprocessors and is updated when it changes.
Can the AI delete or change anything in my Linear or Slack?
No. Facturn reads from connected sources only. Anything that writes back (for example, exporting a promoted card to Linear) requires an explicit human action.
What does the AI actually see?
Whatever the connected sources expose plus the threads and cards inside your workspace. The agent never reads from another workspace, even if you are a member of more than one.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Cards and signals are exportable as JSON from workspace settings. We are not in the business of holding your data hostage.
What happens to rejected cards?
They live in the action board with state=rejected. You can restore
them any time. Their rejection reasons are also fed back into the
agent's next propose call.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. The Free tier is one workspace, the Team plan covers up to 10 teammates, and Scale is unlimited. Invite teammates from Settings · Team.
