Integrations

Sources Facturn can read from today and what is on the way.

Facturn currently supports two live sources. More are queued; priority is driven by what early teams actually request.

Live today

Linear

Pulls open issues and comments from a Linear team you connect via OAuth. Updates flow in on a periodic schedule. Facturn does not write back to Linear without an explicit action from you (for example, exporting a promoted card as a Linear issue).

Slack

Pulls messages and reactions from public channels you grant access to. You can scope which channels Facturn reads from in Settings · Connectors.

On the roadmap

The next set of connectors are queued in this order. If one of them is a hard requirement for you, write to team@facturn.app and we will move it.

  • Intercom — customer messages and ticket threads.
  • Zendesk — tickets and comments.
  • Notion — pages flagged with a property.
  • Jira — issues and comments.
  • GitHub — issues, PR comments, and discussions.

Manual signals

If your team uses a tool we do not support yet, you can paste content directly into a thread in the chat. The agent treats it like any other signal and can include it in proposed cards.
